John Fogarty

John Fogarty has been providing high level consulting to a range of aged care and health care organisations for the past four years. John previously worked with St. John of God Health Care in Western Australia for five years. He served as CEO for St. John of God Murdoch Hospital, as well as Executive Director of Perth Southern Hospitals and then as Executive Director (COO) of Western Australian Hospitals where he held strategic accountability for a portfolio of 7 hospitals in WA with turnover of $1.2B. Earlier in his career, John was Chief Operating Officer of Mercy Health Australia (Vic, NSW, ACT) and Chief Executive Officer of St. John of God Hospital Ballarat.

A nurse by background, John has completed a Master of Business Administration and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

CONDITIONS.

1. The offer is not valid for cash or cash equivalent.
2. The offer cannot be applied to previous stays nor combined with any other offers.
3. The offer is valid at all Royal Freemasons homes located in Victoria and only during the promotional period.
4. The resident must sign a permanent care contract and have transitioned to permanent care in order for the fee to be waived.
5. The discount provided under the offer will be done so in the form of a credit on their first permanent care invoice. The fees relating to respite will still need to be paid.
6. If the resident decides not to transition to permanent care, the fees will not be credited and the resident will need to pay the full fee for their entire stay.
7. The resident must have a valid aged care assessment for respite and must have access to available respite days
8. The maximum length of stay under this offer is 28 days.

OFFERS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). The offer is subject to availability and can only be redeemed once.

CHANGES. Royal Freemasons reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.

EXCLUSIONS Any costs related to the pharmacy, café or kiosk must be paid by the resident and are not included as part of this offer.
